lightning "snapshot"
« on: April 26, 2010, 06:24:52 pm »
I am thinking of toggling some lights for specific scenarios(ex. alarm armed... blink all lights), but would like to return to the original settings when complete, the only way to do this is to store the light status before changing anything using global variables seems to be a waste but is the only way I can see to do it without a way of taking a lightning snapshot, and storing in an array, where you could then replay the values in this array to reset everything to it's pre event status

now that you showed me to make an array for the netcallerId this may be dooable with one GV and an array, just check all of them before I begin the toggle and end in the same state I was in originaly.
