Run the Windows Services administration tool and check if the Elve services are running.

Are you still not able to connect?

Did this occur immediately after an upgrade? Did you change anything on your pc? Is your license still valid?

Did you try rebooting? - That's not a solution but it may help diagnose the issue.

If rebooting doesn't work try uninstalling then reinstalling.

I completely uninstalled version 2.0.0.1beta
I installed version 2.0.0.2beta
I can now connect, but I have the following problem with my DVD Profiler driver:
Status: Disconnected Service Driver

In the log file:
"Can not start device 'dvdlibrary' on the Machine named 'PCW7' Machine That Is not running since the service driver."

Yet the service is active

It looks like you have installed the Driver Service on both LOUIS-PC7 and on PCW7.

I would run the Machine Settings app (or choose the Machine Settings menu item in EMS) on PCW7 and click the Test Network Settings button.

Please let me know the results.

Back after a week of sick leave
PCW7 is my personal machine (at home) on which is installed a license Enthusiast
LOUIS-PC7 is my work machine (in office) on which is installed the beta version 2.0

On my machine LOUIS-PC7, Test Network Settings gives:

Quote
The network connection settings will now be tested with the following settings:

MasterServerHostName: localhost
WellKnownLocalHostName:
BindToIPAddress:
Test Callback Port: Will be automatically assigned when the communications channel is initialized.
Resolving the MasterServerHostName 'localhost'... SUCCESSFUL.

Test pinging the MasterServerHostName 'localhost'... SUCCESSFUL.

Initializing communication channel... SUCCESSFUL.

NOTE: The master service will use the following endpoint for the callback test: 10.114.133.244:50576

Testing simple connection to localhost:33901. This may take 60 seconds... SUCCESSFUL.

Testing connection to localhost:33901 with a callback to 10.114.133.244:50576. This may take 60 seconds.
Connecting to Master service with a callback... SUCCESSFUL.
Retrieving data set by the master service (part 1)... SUCCESSFUL.
Retrieving data set by the master service (part 2)... SUCCESSFUL.

The connection tests were successful using the current configuration.

DONE.

I would do the test on PCW7 tonight at home

Are you sure you didn't install 2 master services? In the screenshot above where you are showing the services running, I see both the Driver Service and the Master Service. I suspect when you installed Elve on PCW7 you inadvertently installed a new master service instead of indicating that you wanted to connect to an existing master service on a different machine. You may uninstall Elve on PCW7 and then reinstall using the appropriate setup setting.

Also make sure both computers running the same version of Elve.

PCW7 and LOUIS-PC7 are located on two different networks completely unconnected, in two different cities.
I use PCW7 at home (Enthusiast license) version 1.5
LOUIS-PC7 (version 2.0) is used in the office only to develop my driver DVDProfiler
Do I install version 2.0 on my version 1.5 (Enthusiast license) ?

A driver service may only be associated with one master service so you need to install the driver on the network that you want to use it on and then set the name of the driver service computer in the device settings to the appropriate name.

As I have explained previously, the two networks are completely independent, and the network of my office is only for the development of my driver.
On the other hand why only my DVD Profiler driver Media Library is offline while everyone else is running?

I said before that version 2, I had no problem to use the trial version at the office and my licensed version Enthusiast at home, together
