Wireless Z-Wave Thermostat
« on: April 22, 2010, 09:20:38 am »
How about a Z-wave wireless thermostat option?

I think the Trane seems to be a popular choice.

Is that really a zwave device or an ILink device?
Current setup: Windows 7 Enterprise x86, x10 cm15a, dedicated master server, dedicated WHS for media

That looks just like my RCS40 (RS-485 serial) unit... I see that they also offer Z-Wave units, a TZ40 or TZ43  http://www.resconsys.com/products/stats/zwave.htm

Bumping this up for support of the SCHLAGE TZMT400 which seems similar to the TZ43 mentioned previously.

ok, I know you probably can't or shouldn't answer this but....... If, per chance, there is a good possiblity that z-wave thermostats were going to be enabled before summer I have a $150 gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket from a store that has one....

just sayin.....  ;)
