Execute Scene via HTTP API

It would be handy to be able to execute a scene via the built-in HTTP API.

Playing around with the Rule editor I'm thinking maybe I can do this via the HTTP API RunScript method.

ie
Code: [Select]
http://automation:33900/RunScript/true/Scenes.EquipmentOn();
It might still be nice to expose Scenes under their own URL schema.

ie
Code: [Select]
http://automation:33900/ExecuteScene/true/EquipmentOn
